Since quirks are meant for that specific person, their body has to adapt to the quirk as they grow up, that's why when someone inherits One for All they have to train a ridiculously crazy amount to use it without blowing their limbs off. So Bakugou's quirk would cause his hearing to be resistant to the noise. But it is a headcanon that I support wholeheartedly. I just wanted to share some cool information.
