the Russians have more combat experience now and would maybe have an advantage over the EU-NATO on the short term. But on the long perspective the EU has a larger economy and population, so it would have an advantage here with more time passing by. But still it would take time to switch to war economy in Europe, and then there is also the factor of nuclear weapons ...
Russian soldiers are far better than Europe's and Russia has far better missiles, artillery and manpower though Russia really needs to step up its tank production, especially of T-90 and T-14 tanks
