If a lvl 33 player have a weapon upgraded to lvl 33 does the same dmg as a lvl 65 player with a weapon at lvl 65 I think. Also your weapon damage could just be nerfed 7 times... like: at 1 level below your level = 10% dmg nerf, 2 lvls below = 18%.... Until your weapon is 7 lvl below and its like a 75% dmg nerf, then it won't increase anymore, drot explained that on a video that he made like a year ago.
