@@ACarter87 Yes, Jimmy knew but Will calling in was real. The dialouge between Jimmy and Ryan didn't seem rehearsed as their other interview. Thise was very loose dialouge. You have to give Ryan that credit. He is fast at improvising.

Jimmy kimmel did the opposite, he had will come put instead of Ryan, and he did just that. He pretended will was Ryan. And it was hilarious!
