Where did you get the little attachment that connects to the Inlet I have everything but my hose doesn’t fit in the inlet to vaccum and it doesn’t seem to come with anything to make it fit thank you in advance your video helps so much

So, what do you do to filter out the leaves and larger debris from getting into your pump? I did something like this and immediately my sand pump was clogged and I had to take it half apart to clear the impeller
andwhy2009 all of the larger debris ends up in my strainer basket. Anything small enough to get through that gets backwashed out of the filter. To avoid the issues you mentioned, you can vacuum with the filter set to waste and just bypass the filter all together. Make sure you have a backwash hose routed away from your filter.
