The Testarossa is a really good kit, just watch out for the flip-up lights. The plastic runner that joins them might be a bit twisted and look cockeyed on assembly. The masking for all that black trim takes a lot of time, but it really sets it off.
I tried the Tamiya Maroon color out of a can and it came out very thin. I recommend a base color coat of some kind first. Maybe try it on a spoon and see what you think Jason. Nope - I don't have any Ferrari kits at all LOL. I have never seen one of those Jaguars built so it will be interesting to see what you do with it 👍
You don’t get bad comments because you’re a very good person & your content is awesome! Killer kits you received. I too have gotten back into the model kit building hobby after about 20 years away from it. Your channel, Throttle Power, Luca Cee, & HPIGUYS are my favorites. Thanks so much for all that you do man
Is there such a thing as a perfect model? Or can a builder point to something even on a show winning model that they wish had been better executed or they had to change course on? The one car that, so far? 🤔 was in a magazine for me, has Grabber Orange paint that I wished I had put over white primer instead of grey. Additionally, the hood and body were not painted together, and there is a slight difference in their colors. By the way, that is an EXCELLENT show topic: "is there such thing as a perfect model?" Having the hosts go over their favorite model and asking them whether they think its perfect would be fun. I will go through proper channels and email it to the show as well, even though I NEVER email.
I agree, great show topic, you should definitely email the show! Now, can I answer your question with a question? No I don’t believe there is such a thing as a perfect build. I have seen some that come pretty dang close though!! Here come my questions for you. 1st is a perfect model actually in the eye of the beholder? Second, is striving to achieve that perfect build, unhealthy, or does that help you improve your building skills? I’m very interested in hearing what you think!!
Great mid week update! Nice stash adds. Look forward to your next episode. Thanks for sharing. I heard if you say Jonesy 3 times in a row he'll show up. LOL

Not sure, was this car in some 007 movies?

Great mid week update! Nice stash adds. Look forward to your next episode. Thanks for sharing. I heard if you say Jonesy 3 times in a row he'll show up. LOL

Nice 😎 😁
Nice update always enjoy your vids, thanks
Glad you like them!
I’m pretty sure that was
Al Hoffman that drove that avenger cool stuff I have most of those cars also in plastic
Oh sweet!!
Maybe recruit Heather to paint the drivers for you.
🤣🤣 isn’t that cheating?
Hi, sounds like your first podcast is going to be during a football game.
Yeah? I honestly don’t watch football so I had no idea. Not sure how well we’ll compete with a football game!
I don't have a Ferrari kit the only non American kit I have is a vw bus I built for the wife.
At this point I’d say my stash is almost half foreign kits. Which is weird to me lol
The avenger was licensed by Tom hover and Cory Lee bu not positive about Al Hoffman driving all cool anyway
Very cool update is that some very nice kits I hear that mustang kit doesn’t fit too well the front end but I have one also I want to build
