The thing I hate about it is that there are so many shinobies so if you were to be only summoning for Naruto final valley then it’s gonna be hard to obtain it. I would just skip it tbh
I spent 2000 shino and got a Saske tfs lb and its ult. I've always wanted him so much. And now I've got him, I'm glad. I dropped his ult to level 10, his Kirin to lb+2 and susano to lb+2. He's top😊

Skipping it is not good, it's okay to skip dragon's but, if you want any Sam kits you can spin on tiger's cuz I got 6 lb from it
