I think the husband is an idiot to not appreciate a homemade sandwich, however i see a business opportunity here. My grandmother started making sack lunches for migrant workers and ended up owning two restaurants. I myself have made side money making lunches for construction workers and contractors because they dont want to eat fast food everyday. They have money problems right? She should start making lunch for all the guys ,they obviously really like her sandwiches.
Not a bad idea. Very cool story. Love it. Could turn this whole situation into a big positive for the family and make some extra money.

That’s a real interesting story with the lunch story. I guess on principle his wife is putting the time and effort in to do something nice and attempting to save them money, so maybe he should be eating her lunches. Not to mention her lunches are probably healthier for him in the long run. I can see his point though since it’s not costing them extra money.
It’s definitely an interesting scenario. I love little stories like this. The dollar amount is small but can cause so many arguments.
The secret ingredient to those sandwiches is love. I predict she will still make them, but they won’t taste as well. Coworkers will stop buying them and he will be forced to eat terrible sandwiches

In regards to the Capital 1 banking bonus, do you know if that bonus is available if someone who already has a Cap1 checking account opens a 2nd checking acct w/ direct deposit?
Great question. Here is the language in the fine print at capital one that may help you out:
“If you have or had an open 360 Checking, Simply Checking, Total Control Checking or Money Teen Checking account as a primary or secondary account holder with Capital One on or after January 1, 2021, you will be ineligible for the bonus. If your account is in default, closed or suspended, or otherwise not in good standing, you will not receive the bonus.”

Yeah, he can't do that... if it was one day a week it might be ok, but when you're caught you're caught. His wife is not receiving direct money for the labor of making lunches and the time for buying products, she making lunch for him "with love" and doing the best she can do to make that lunch taste good and not need to go to a restaurant. I would say at the minimum the husband is very rude for this.

lol now he should know that when you feed someone thats not family they will linger around, the wife is right and the husband is wrong, lol he must don't know how many husbands would pay for their wife to fix there lunch. Business cards are subject to 5/24 when applying for them, but don’t actually go toward the 5/24 count when applying for other chase cards. Sounds confusing, but you do have to consider your 5/24 when applying.
Brandon i love this weeks relationship question... its so good... but theres a simple solution... she can make multiple lunches and sell them so that he geta his fast food (which he should have just been honest about from the get go) and they make a little money on the side too.
