This is the closest thing you'll get to the isolated piano, as it is from the multitrack. Any other sounds you're hearing is due to them recording a grand piano with a microphone in a small studio.

In comparison for example to playing a ragtime left hand it's very easy. Actually if you watch carefully, most rock/pop piano players play octaves in the bass and nothing more. I'm not saying it's not good as this is what I would do when playing this style of music, just not too difficult.
