"From a Distance" by The Second Grade

In our Second Grade classroom, year after year, we sang together at least a couple of times throughout the school day. For instance, after the Flag Salute, we'd sing "America, the Beautiful," "My Country 'Tis of Thee," or this beautiful song written by Julie Gold who gave us permission to post our slightly modified version on our classroom's website. (She also kindly sent us an autographed copy of her songbook.) This video is from one of our school's annual Christmas celebrations before the holiday vacation began.
