hi, i just got these but they aren’t working. i charged all the pieces and the receiver overnight but it’s still not getting the audio from the mic. i’m also not seeing any blue flashing lights like the instructions say you might see or “traffic lights”. i have a iphone 13 pro btw
Have you ensured that there are no films or stickers covering any of the charging pins on the earpieces? A lot of these now have almost invisible tape or films to ensure they don't charge during shipment. See if that's the obstacle!
@@AskDaveTaylor yeah i removed the film, but i saw another comment about how it only works with usbc and the lightning connector doesn’t work which is what is happening for me. i think im going to give them to my friend with the iphone 15 but thanks for your help.
I have A Galaxy S21 and it's not working. I charged the input pieces, charged the receiver a little. Left the receiver plugged in charging and used the Camera app, Selfie mode and still nada.
I have the same phone amd the same problem. I'm thinking u need an otg thingy. I really didn't want to buy another device in order to get a mic to work. So frustrating
Does not work on my IPhone 12 Pro Max. I have to use the adapter as it has a lighting cable. I have looked at every You Tube video possible to find a solution to get it to work but nothing works. Works fine on my Samsung 20 which has C port but it will not work on my iPhone with the supplied USB to lighting adapter.
Tnks a lot!!
I got this and I have both an Iphone and a Pixel phone and it didnt work with either. It just gets stock in "pairing mode"
Great video!!
Thank you... this worked out better, and far easier than i expected.
Can you connect both mics to your phone at the same time?
Does the receiver have to be charged also?

I believe it requires a USB-C iPhone. Hopefully you can return it and get a Lightning-connector lav mic for your iPhone 12 instead.
Did you ever find a solution? Running into issue myself.
Just got one and tried it out. Sounds nothing like how it did for you. Sounds like I’m underwater or something..
That's very strange as I just shared the audio I captured. What did you have it plugged into and what software did you use for recording?
