Piñones is an iconic place of Puerto Rican culture and tradition... especially in food... "Donde Olga", the best local spot with the best PINCHOS in the area, haha, and nearby is my favorite beach... Enjoy your meal, darling; seeing you eat the traditional dishes of my land with so much pleasure fills me with a lot of emotion.
Wings are something you can find in many places. In Carolina, there's "Alitas Boricuas" (very close to my office), but it’s all a matter of opinion and taste. Personally, it’s not my favorite, but it has good reviews. Another option is Wings Factory (there are several locations). But the Puerto Rican style wings are fried, and the sauce is served on the side, and they are not spicy. Here in my town, there’s one spot I really like with a great variety of "picadera" on the menu... A good place to eat, have a drink, and spend a relaxing afternoon with a beautiful view. Also, here in my town, on the first Fridays of the month, they close the main street and have a town party with chinchorros, food, dancing, music, etc...
In every corner of Puerto Rico, you can find a party, a celebration, or a place to have a good time with good food and atmosphere, no matter what day it is...

Next time you been trying street food like this in Piñones or other's kiosks you need to try Piononos. Your gonna ❤ is super good. Is yellow right plantain stuffed with ground beef covered with bacalaito mix and deep fried.
