Flash Flood

Panangatan River is the biggest body of water in the Municipality of Valencia. It is fresh and from the different springs found along its course. The river is a favorite picnic spot among the residents of the barangay. However when it is rainy season, the once beautiful and calm river will turn into a monster devouring all that is found in its path.
