      @@CookingwithanItalian I tried it, I followed every step you took as my guide except changing the recipe a bit since I don’t like spicy 😂. It has been working perfectly fine now, everything is nice and cured and smelled amazing! But still has a few weeks left to get the perfect cure. Thank you for your advices!

    I’m doing this right now! It’s almost been two months and it’s killing me waiting 😂 if you have any recipes or ideas as to what you can use the rest of the pig head for after getting the cheeks off I would appreciate that!

    What if i dont have a empty fridge to hang it? My fridge is very full
