I used rice water to help my postpartum for both my pregnancies. Helped tremendously! Also I know some women say to continue taking prenatal pills. I haven’t tried it but I know some women swear by it.
Idk why but your hair looks black black. You always dye your hair but this time it really looks jet black. Idk why that's the first thing that came to mind but it looks fuller and bold.

I just love watching your videos. I do believe as well some hairstylist have blessed hands as well. There was this one hairdresser I use to go to as a kid all the way until I was a teenager. She never wanted to cut me hair lol. She would say it would be a sin to cut my hair. So she would always trim it but my hair would grow back so quick. I finally got her to cut it not super short but shorter. It grew back so quick. She kept my hair health, thick, and beautiful. When she moved out of state I went to someone else who cut my hair so short. I was so upset all I could do was cry. It took forever for my hair to grow back. The thickness was gone and I had to do so much to get it healthy again. So yes I do believe some people have that magic and some don't.

Your hair doesn’t need such a high temperature. That’s how it ends up heat damaged. With your texture you don’t need more than 390 degrees
