maam but I have a question you said there many non-agriculture income for which there is no exemption from tax but maam if we see in detail the income that people get in non agriculture like by taking out the self grown grass, trees and bamboos and selling it in market then of course they won't get that much money from selling the bamboo by which they will pay tax because you only said that tax is only applicable if someone is earning more than 2 lakh something. of course by selling bamboos which grows naturally from a land won't get sell at that much price it will get sold on just maximum to 20k. so indirectly if we see then we are not paying tax on our non-agriculture income also so won't that come on agriculture income as well ?
Farm house mai farm hoga or side mai ek house bhi hoga..lekin land pe agr farming nhi ho rhi or sirf material store ho rha hai then it will not be considered as agricultural income..
