    곤약이 가끔 더부룩하니 소화가 안될때가 있어요 저도 야채. 해산물을 많이 먹는편이거든요. 인터넷 찾아보니 곤약은 소화가 안될때가 있다고 해요. 그래서 천사채를 찾아서 샐러드도 해먹고 끓은물에 넣고 식용 베이킹소다 넣으면 당면처럼 변해요 부드럽고. 처음에 당면화할때 안해본터라 시행착오가 있었는데 원리를 알겠더라구요,곤약보다 번거롭지만 소화면에선 곤약보단 좋고 식이섬유가 많아서 화장실 가기 좋더라구요. 그렇게 잡채.콩국수도 먹으니 좋더라구요.천사채 가격도 저렴해요 칼로리도 없어서 좋아요. 한번 드셔보셔요. 지금 하시는 식단에 잘 맞으실거에요. 평소 영상보고 잘 배워가는편이지만 오늘은 알고있는거 하나 알려드리고 갑니다.

    아. 그랫군요. 어쩐지 근래 영상이 너무 젊어보이셔서 옷스타일이 달라지셔서 그런줄 알앗더니 날씬해지셔서 그런거엿군요^^ 역시 최고의 성형은 다욧이라더니 너무 이뻐지셧어요~ 건강해지면서 살도 빠지신거니 넘 잘됏네요~

    Hello, it is lovely to see another video being uploaded. I wanted to share my experience, I have changed my whole diet to a similar one you are mentioning here. I have lost 20 kg over a year and a half, slow and steady progress. My conclusion from it is that your brain plays a big part in how you perceive your health. Nowadays I can proudly say that my body and also my state of mind are feeling much better. Hope your journey with this new lifestyle brings you much health and happiness. X

      @@skywalker6648 no mantra. I completely shifted my way of percieving health. Nowadays I realised that certain foods that are high in nutrients and benefits are what keeps me going. A healthy mind makes good choices I guess. Hope this helps.

    저도 흰쌀밥, 정제된 밀가루등을 안 먹은지가 꽤 되었는데 살이 저절로 빠지더라구요. 좋은 기운 받고 갑니다 *^^* 화이링!

    You can do portion control on what you are eating. We can't totally cut off certain foods because our body needs proper nutrition. There could be a problem if, for example you will just purely eat meat or purely eat vegtables. We also need other sources of nutrition. Not everyone could follow a diet. You have to figure out what best works for you. It doesn't mean that its effective for her, wouldn't mean the same thing will happen to you.

      I agree. It so crazy to me how people will read about something and try to base their lives off what they read and make it popular. I think I am going to write a book and make some of that book revenue 👍

      Agree especially when different books tell you different facts. I stood by the obvious. Processed "food" is not real food, sugar should not be eaten for breakfast lunch dinner and snack but on occasion. There is no need yo eat animal protein or carbohydrates at every single meal especially if you're not a teenager or not very active. But all of this is easy when you know at least how to do basic cooking.

    맞아요 살이많이 빠졌어요. 정제탄수화물제외 식단으로만 4kg 감량하셧다는게 믿기지 않을정도입니다 감축드립니다 저도 야채위주와 스테비아로 당제로한지 2년차 넘어가지만 4kg로는~ㅋ.대신 유지는 잘되고 있지요 그정도 빼려면 또다시 운동이유~ㅠ .아므튼 Cafe709님은 뭐든지 야무지심 ^^

    The secret- fresh cooked, not much carbohydrates, many vegetables and proteines. No cream no mayo not much oil

    살이 미틴드시 빠지고 막 에쓰라인이 되고 모 그런건 없으나
    몸이 참 가볍고 영이 맑아지는 느낌입니다 ~

    이론으로는 잘아는데 항상 바쁘다는 이유로 또는 시간에 쫒기다보니 내몸에주는 세끼를 건강식보다는 간편식에 치중했던것같아요.

    Carbohydrates are necessary for a healthy brain, the brain has carbohydrates as its main source of energy, so it is not necessary to restrict them completely.

      It's the simple carbs people should mainly avoid; complex carbs are fine in reasonable daily amounts. I minimize dairy consumption bec it causes me to develop sinus, throat and upper chest congestion in the same way all forms of natural sugars do.

    Love your videos, so relaxing to watch. Another good natural sugar substitute that tastes like real sugar and much better than stevia in my opinion is gm free Birch Xylitol. I’m also following a no sugar/dairy/wheat diet and also noticing the weight loss happening and other health improvements. It’s so difficult cutting the sugar out though..you crave it more than ever when you stop eating it.

      Sugar is the hardest, but you do feel immediately better once you body adjusts to it.

    Да что вы так заморачиваетесь, так и свихнуться можно. Один в книге напишет что это вредно, через месяц прочитаете в другой книге что это полезно. Нужно есть все, но в меру, организм вам сам подскажет что он хочет. Иногда хочется сладкого иногда соленого, так что слушайте свое тело и все будет хорошо

      Поддерживаю! А то от муки, сладкого и молочки отказались, зато солёного, перченого и жареного - побоооольше. И кто вообще заметил, что она похудела - для меня загадка. Вот у корейцев на этом фоне реально крышу несёт...

    의외의 연구결과로 통밀빵과 일반 식빵과의 당수치 반응은 큰 차이가 없다고 해요
    이미 밀가루로 도정이 끝난 상태라 그냥 원하는 식감을 골라드시면 됩니다!

    Мы не настолько ненавидим овощи и фрукты, чтобы мыть их с солью и содой в перчатках.. В основном мы выращиваем их сами, на участках в 6 соток

      Здорово, когда есть возможность кушать свои овощи! А вот городским остаются только овощи из супермаркетов, покрытые слоем воска, чтобы не портились при транспортировке( а перчатки - это просто чтобы руки защитить, представьте вот так каждый день свои руки обрабатывать солью и содой)
