I travel a lot and travelled since 1971 and used many carriers. The air crew, they are doing a noble job. Pilots fly the plane, but your comfort and safety is in this angels hands. i had some bad experience with crews and once I complained also it was a male crew in Emirates flight from Toronto Dxb. He was rude with passengers and used profanity, i gave a written complaint and got a reply too. in every profession there are bad apples. but in general they great. they go out of their way to please passengers, Thanks Divya for detailed presentaion
