When I search for hashtags related to yoga (I'm a yoga instructor), the only people who show up are not my target audience (so yoga teachers or your "influencer style photos of yoga". I scroll and scroll and never find regular people to comment on - how do i do this when the yoga related hashtags are over saturated with this kind of content?

When you say don't copy shout outs... are you talking about like say, when someone gives you a review/shout out in a post or their stories and you share that in your story to give a thank you?

My content is all about conscious parenting, helping parents create deeper and more harmonious relationships with their kids so that moment was like a breath of fresh air for me! It's something I haven't done much of. Mostly with Instagram I write articles on Facebook and then share them on IG. I need to get more directly involved over there.
