Question: I dont have a whole lot of composing experience so are we allowed to use the flps as templates for remixes? i know it states we cant use the flps directly but if we alter every instrument and / or edit the notes to such a degree it can be differentiated from the original
I wouldn't advice to do so, since it doesn't really give you much experience Not sure if I'd call it the musical equivalent of recoloring or tracing in art, but it's quite close to that imo I mean, it can work if you edit it considerably as you say, but sometimes working over someone else's files ends up turning very messy and tedious In my experience, taking the notes+chords and taking it to a fresh new file ends up being more efficient I'm not gonna stop you if you do so though, as it isn't illegal or anything lol I'd even say it falls in a grey licensing area if you label it as a remix But imo it has way more downsides than benefits, both for your workflow and the experience you'd gain from it Sorry for the really long answer btw, it's actually a pretty good question so it left me thinking Do whatever you feel is more fun, bc at the end of the day that's what matters :)

What editing software do you use olimac?
I use FL Studio's internal editor, ZGameEditor Visualizer
It's actually a lot simpler to use in comparison to other video editors imo
