    This delicious sauce can be stored for more than a month whilst preserving its pleasant aroma of basil; you’ll be hooked.
    With time, the thin layer on the sauce will change color.
    If you want it to look fresher, cover pistou in oil.
    This way you can store the sauce for a few more weeks.
    I decided to make pistou but you can replace basil with other aromatic herbs.
    Try parsley and coriander for instance; the result is simply amazing.
    Ingredients:
    Basil
    Garlic
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Lemon juice - ½ to 1 lemon
    Olive oil
