I think it’s worth a splurge at least once! If you can go mid week, prices aren’t too crazy.
I have good luck at cosmo. I have stayed once, but we got to stay at a Bellagio Fountain View balcony room, and it was amazing. Great review per usual.

We love the Cosmo but have never stayed there. We have our first trip to Vegas scheduled next month and have one of the rooms with the balcony booked. Can’t wait!
Sweet! You’ll love it! Ask about upgrading to a fountain view (if you don’t have it already) or the one bedroom or terrace suite. They’re pretty generous about upgrades!

Cosmopolitan is top-notch. Once you go Cosmo, you never go back. I’ve tried the Verbena 3 times and what happens more less is it numbs your mouth for approx. 5-10 minutes which allows the flavors from the drink to be more exposed? It’s one of those things that intensifies the experience, because of where you are at. I will probably not be as keen to try it any other place but in Vega$. Another amazing review, Thank you!😊
I must try the drink now! Sounds so different. I wish we could stay at Cosmo every trip. But, when you go as often as we do, you take what you can get! It’s pretty rough going from Cosmo to Excalibur! 😂
I totally agree. My parents introduced Vegas to me as a child in the early 90’s so it’s been my jam and my happy place for awhile. For years I loved Mirage for it’s ambience. I know you know that depending on what tier you are you can earn comp. nights annually, but you are so right, It costly! I have considered purchasing a second home out there because of how expensive it can become.
Chandelier bar is a staple for me now to get off the feets for a bit. Verbena is a fun, unique drink and everyone should try at least once. Their Japanese whiskeys are good and I really like the American Gothic too. At Christmas, the movie nights at the skating rink are a must-do!
We haven’t tried the ice rink yet. Maybe next winter, although I really don’t feel like falling on my a$$. 😂
@@UpUpOurWay 🤣🤣🤣 one of the great things about the ice rink area is you can go relax with a fancy hot chocolate and sit at the bar while watching the movies with no cover charge, or even rent a fire pit seating area kind of like the cabanas in the summer. Too pricy for me but it’s really cool 🔥
Will be back at the Cosmo in 6 weeks! Best place on the Strip

The Verbena is yummy. Once you bite the little flower, there is a mini explosion of tingles in your mouth. It's a very unique, and fun experience!

Cosmo's One Of The Few Places Haven't Stayed At... Hopefully Once it Gets Actually Integrated Into MGM Rewards Will Be Able To Try It Out Sounds Amazing
I think it’s easier to earn comps/rooms as is. Once they’re part of MGM I feel like I won’t get the same offers.

The Cosmopolitan is a nice hotel. I’ve been to the Chandelier bar, and I had two drinks 🍹 I forgot their names unfortunately. I also liked Secret Pizza as well

Thanks Cymbol. It’s an interesting time at Cosmo. They are now owned by MGM, but still using their “identity” program. Word has it that they will be converting over to MGM rewards soon!
On another topic, I found my favourite slot machine, the All Aboard (trains) at the Cosmo

I prefer the south facing rooms, seeing Luxor at night is really cool.
That’s so true! Both sides are pretty great.
Verbana drink is pretty cool! They said to taste the drink prior to eating flower bud, then chew flower bud a ton before swallowing, then sip drink. It didnt last long but definitely changed the taste of drink and feeling in mouth was unexpected. Highly recommend the experience.

The Cosmopolitan has a lot going for it, but the art in the room would be a dealbreaker for me. The room should be free of the objectification, ya know? So glad I watched this so I can find somewhere else to stay. Thanks.

I love the restaurants in Cosmopolitan! I've been to the Henry for breakfast and the China Poblano for my birthday dinner and both restaurants did not disappoint. I'd love to stay here sometime soon, but in the meantime, I'll be living vicariously through y'all 😂
Yes, we’ve ate at both and are great! So many more to try! You do need to try and stay there one day. It’s beautiful.

Cosmo is my summer home. i love the terrace studio fountain view room in the boulevard tower, but i wanna try the terrace suite but still skeptical about the chelsea tower
Well, now that’s it’s in the MGM portfolio you can have full access to the various suites! Chelsea is great too!
I feel 900 years old when I go there, the fellow patrons are younger than my daughter. I think it’s a great place, but definitely for the under 40 crowd.
I totally understand that! I think the “kids” go to party there. But I also feel that it depends on the time of day and where you go. We’re in our mid to late 40’s and don’t really care if we’re the old folks in there 😂
They've just started construction on attaching Cosmopolitan to the Bellagio/Vdara free _Aria Express_ tram platform. The back walkway to Vdara is currently closed for this construction and I heard one of the tour guides say that construction is expected to take about 6 months. They will be doing the construction in Spring, Summer and early Fall so I wouldn't be surprised if it was done earlier. ...So by the end of the year Cosmo should have walkways to Vdara and Bellagio with direct tram access to The Shops at Crystals, Park MGM and Aria! Aria & Vdara guests won't have to cross the lanes of parking traffic to enter Cosmo anymore.
This totally makes sense now that it’s an MGM property. Great update! Thanks Grotto!

What is the 'word' when "Cosmopolitan Las Vegas" will be under the full MGM Rewards Program?
There is no "Point" in me spending any money in the Cosmo if there are no MGM Rewards Program Points.
Word is that the casino will be turned into MGM rewards soon. Not sure exactly when, but I know I’m going to use up whatever points I have with Cosmo ASAP!

The cosmopolitan is one of the best hotel/resort on the Vegas Strip!

Been to the Cosmo a few times but never stayed and have no interest of staying there. I do recommend Scarpetta but it is pricey and their menu needs a refresh. As for the casino, absolutely hate it. It is so congested and way too many slots for the square footage. Sorry but want to give my honest opinion.

Absolutely my favorite hotels are Palazzo, Venetian, Wynn and Encore.

I REALLY WISH MY WIFE LOVED LAS VEGAS. SHE STILL LET’S ME TAKE MY 7-8 TRIPS A YEAR SO IT WORKS OUT. I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS YEARS NFL SEASON TO START UP. THAT’S MY FAVORITE TIME TO VISIT LAS VEGAS. THE HORRIBLE HOT SUMMER IS NOT FOR ME. THE BASKETBALL MONTHSARE ALSO PRETTY GOOD AS WELL SO I WILL HIT IT UP IN THOSE MONTHS AS WELL. THE SDSU AZTECS KICKED AZZZZZ THIS YEAR IN THE MOUNTAIN WEST TOURNAMENT THIS WEEK.

There as no internet service , only on the balcony. We saw the clerks treat an elderly guest rudely. If you are very easily impressed you’ll like it.
That’s too bad you had that experience. We have had good wifi, maybe it’s dependent on room location. That’s terrible about the treatment of an elderly lady. We haven’t encountered anyone rude during our stays. Of course, a rude employee can be at any hotel. Just hopefully not for long 😉. But I understand why your experience has you staying away.
Red Plate is the best restaurant at Cosmo by far.

@Up Up & Our Way Every time I go there I'm blown away at how good the food is. I think Wing Lei at Wynn maybe has a little bit better atmosphere, and their food is really good but Red Plate is the best.
