- Due to the rain and being in isolation still, it was a great day to be inside and open parcels we had received from followers around the world.
Some very thoughtful gifts for the doggies and the kids, really beautiful thank you everyone so very much. We were all excited to hear where they had come from and a little about each person behind the gifts.

I am so glad someone sent you the book “Good Dog Carl”! It is a wonderfully fun book that shows that Rotties are “nanny dogs”. Freddo is the perfect example of the breed. The girls and dogs received some awesome gifts from your fans! The waterproof covers will be a huge help!

Its cool how all the dogs seem to understand their biggest badge of honour/reward is to hang out with Luke and Sams Babies (human) the video with Freddo and the video with Shadow hanging with the babies showing how gentle they can be just broke my heart 🖤
That was so lovely, seeing Shadow being so loved on and how much she enjoyed it. They really do love their cuddles.

Each gift was incredibly more thoughtful than the last. My faves are the waterproof sofa blankets and onesie for Barney, and huuuge box of tiny puppy life jackets. They'll take a load off Luke and Sam re housework and help move the puppies forward in their water safety, skills and enjoyment training. Well done, DDFT friends and family! Well done, Elle and Evie, on your thank you's. Glad to see you enjoying your art kits together, expressing yourselves creatively and just relaxing. Wolfie, you're looking so cute! Congratulations, doggies, family and staff, on all your gifts from the farm fans! You deserve every bit of it. Luke and Sam, have you started the girls on stamp collecting yet? Looks like they could make a go of it from all the packages, cards and letters.

What amazing, thoughtful gifts!! Everything selected with such care. I love the art supplies for the girls, the Freddo bow ties, all the thoughtful nappy covers and pjs for the "Barn" as you call him, the veggie treats, cards, etc. I love the reaction "Books!!" as I also came from a book loving family and art supplies were king. The hats, Wolfric clothes, the tea box, the kites!!!! The puppy life preserver thingies! The waterproof blankets, awesome. Wow. You guys are loved. It may seem strange as we all have never met, but you invite us into your home everyday, and we love it!!

So many sweet lovely moments. Your girls are so well mannered and respectful. Elle immediately putting her hand on that toy pug but waiting to be told it was hers for sure, was adorable. Evie's pretty 'Thank Yous'. The obvious appreciation. Such lovely children, who doesn't love a colouring book?! The little hats are going to be a gas, Gilly will be beside himself. Can't wait to see the puppies in their floaties, wonder if there's one small enough for Miss V. The three GSD Sheriffs 😂😂 Banjo is SO big compared to his sisters! Sweet Barney not minding being woken up to get dressed in his new things. But what got me the most was the incredible level of calm that you guys can have in the midst of all those dogs, with exciting parcels to open and toys coming out.
When you see Freddo with you guys it's hard to believe he was ever in the shelter.... It's like he's always been there... Everyone is so generous, and that is awesome!!!
