This just SCREAMS Golden era of The Creatures back when they did those awesome cinematic shorts, even more so with that glorious Marshall callback. Also Trevor is a "Heckin' amazing actor, not even memeing.
Hopefully they continue on with that, they have a great mind for it, and it is always very entertaining. I wouldn't presume to know how they feel, but it seems like they enjoy doing it to.
Aleks' acting chops were on point too, his bits were funny and felt authentic. Overall, this definitley outdid the types of shorts The Creatures made. This one felt like it was written and acted out better, and wasn't nearly as cheesy as those shorts used to be.

I actually liked the movie. It wasn't the same thing as the anime, but I felt it was trying to be its own thing. I feel like it could've been about someone else who got a death note after light and L died, the only gripes I had with it were about the names and even trying to say it was based on the anime. It was based on the death note, not the original... well, it should've been seperate from the series but if you seperate yourself from it, you may enjoy it too
I thought the movie was good overall. I found it enjoyable because I wasn't expecting anything as good as the anime. In movie format there isn't enough time to build the same characters or world. My only problem with it is that it wasn't a series. They could have fleshed out the world and characters in a much better way. The ending is not unknown, L doesn't kill light and starts to understand why he did what he did.

Man Split looks a lot different than I remember it in theaters.
So I worked for a small HVAC company for about 4 years. One night I had to stay SUPER late on a call after pulling two 12 hour days back to back. My coworker ended up having to leave around 8pm, i swear on everything i saw him working up until the point i decided to call it at 11. When i went to go find him to ask him why he hadnt left i couldnt. So i texted him and asked when he ended up leaving and he said "right when i told you i was going home. why?". Had me shook. Needless to say i took off for two days and did nothing but sleep. Fun stuff.
