  • The Harlem Force: A GAME CHANGER in kitesurfing!
    At Harlem Kitesurfing, our relentless passion led us to groundbreaking technologies: PROWELD and Digital Printing, revolutionising kitesurfing. The Force is incredibly lightweight, stiff, and it's a joy to ride.
    PROWELD
    The frame's panels are welded, not stitching, creating a 20% lighter and 30% stiffer frame, delivering rapid steering and exceptional control. You'll ride faster, create more apparent wind, and descend smoothly after jumps or kite loops.
    Digital Printing
    We've ditched screen printing, and introduced Digital Printing. It's light and offers top-notch graphics, opening endless customisation possibilities.
    Produced in North-Macedonia, home of Brainchild Production. The most innovative and sustainable factory in the industry!
    Welcome to a new era with Harlem Kitesurfing!

    Hey! Love the concept, eco-friendliness, and man, the kites look great in these colors! Now, can I get one good for waves and some strapless airs? ;) do you have such design cooking in this technology? I haven't seen many of the Harlem kites since I've moved from Netherlands to the US, but I feel like that will change!

    Yes it looks very fancy. Nice colours, much wow. But has there been any desire from kiters to have recyclable kites? Its a nice angle to take from a marketing standpoint, but when you then charge an obscene amount for one kite, who are you expecting to buy these?

      The future will tell if people would rather trough away there kite after 10 euros of use or would like to give it a second life. The kite will perform again like the newest freshest kites on the market

    Great that you thought about environment and stuff! I like thinking outside of the box. At the same time I guess there is too much technical/eco related details for kite promo video this could be in separate engineering video.
    Keeping fingers crossed for you guys! 😊

    Eco Solvent ink? What about UV stability? Inunderstand that You can't use dye-sub printing because of the shrinkage during the curing process but you could use Latex or UV printing. Both more durable then Eco-solvent ink.

    How stiff is it? I usually ride in very gusty inland conditions and I'm looking for something to mitigate that sharp pull when the gust kicks in. Is it any good for that and light wind riding?

    • @szymon4970
      @szymon4970 10 месяцев назад +1

      go for aluula then, its stiff as hell and really good for gusty conditions

    • @harlemkitesurfing
      @harlemkitesurfing  10 месяцев назад +1

      It comes close to Aluula with a different price tag, so definitively can hold the gust's you hit on it to boost high. A 9m Force 5 strut kites weights 2,78kg so you can also use it in light wind and feel a difference. Reviews are coming soon!

      Every step in right direction for more effective energy use is a good step. And that combined with a high performance kite is what we want.

    I wouldn't focus too much on the carbon footprint of a 3kg plastic gadget, in a sport, where the majority of people take the plane to reach their spots. By nature, buying new kites is reserved to the to 1% of the world population.

      Stitching shall be still possible for repairs, from what I do remember the brainchild founder said a longer time ago in a podcast.

    I’m impressed by the technical details, new production materials, low weight, etc. but what I’m really annoyed of is the stupid mainstream CO2 sustainability bullshit and „heart of Europe“ production advertising. North Macedonia is not the heart of Europe and brainchild has opened the factory there, because of low labor cost and most probably subventions (like several others).
    Sustainability is important and great, but has nothing to do with the CO2 bubble. Unfortunately most people don’t understand or don’t want to see.

    • @harlemkitesurfing
      @harlemkitesurfing  7 месяцев назад

      Thank you for the feedback.
      But we do not want to fake anything and for sure not the CO2 compensation.
      We really want to reduce the Co2 as we would like to get every single single part that will come out of Europe and this would reduce CO2 by miles because transport is one of the biggest problems for now.

    I bet you could get your ESG score even higher if you stop making kites all together!
    No one cares about how much carbon you use to produce a kite. We want safe gear that performs at a high level.
    Change your marketing immediately if you want to survive.
