    Her reaction is so cute along with the crowd screaming for her. Bob is funny with that income comment but so warm with that fatherly "yeess" after her win. This moved me to tears a bit.

    I saw this on Pluto TV. Right after commercial, Bob acknowledged that the $250 with the second chance was added to $10,000, making her the second highest winner behind Trevor's $10,500 in the Barker era. I think that was in 2003.

    There was also an unusual Punch-a-Bunch win, in Season 31 of 2003, where contestant Trevor Roe, actually does the same thing, but won more than just $10,250- $10,500, though Bob admits that that was the first time in history that it has ever happened (where a contestant won more than $10,000), though he doesn't mention that this particular playing was the first.

    • @MystikWizard
      @MystikWizard 10 месяцев назад +3

      That's because if you listen to Bob's wording, he said "if you wish, you can give back the $250 and take the Second Chance" instead. It seemed as though with the rules at this time, it wasn't intended to be $250 PLUS the second chance, but rather take the $250 OR give it back and go with the Second Chance instead.
