Hello Vanessa thank you for this useful lesson. In my city, the weather is pretty cold with a lot of rain. Few days ago, it was snowing. I remember, it was pouring from the sky. The flurries were sticking on the ground for days because of the negative temperature, which was minus 10 degrees Celsius.

Hi! Nice lesson! The weather here is useasonably warm. Hey, kinda surprises me you didn't mention "chilling" (did you?) when talking about the cold because we tend to hear that a lot. And, hail? Really? I thought it's spelled hale. To me, hail was just for some kind of salute. :-D PS. I like the expression: "when it rains, it pours" you use, it's kinda funny.
I'm Brazilian. I have lived in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais State, since 1989. The Brazilian Winter is starting today in 2020. So we might have specific weather conditions. It's a clear day today. There's not a cloud in sky and normal wind. So it isn't going to rain. Now, it's 18 degrees Celsius. It's interesting because in Brazil we only use Celsius. So we rarely have minus temperature.
I find it hard for indians to remember those winter related terminology especially if you're from south of the country like me. Maybe J&K have snow. But it's not common for all .
well, it was really sunny in the morning, but it's getting more and more cloudy with each hour (can I say so?), so I think it's going to rain soon. It isn't windy, I would say it's windless calm at the moment, but who knows? The weather changes really fast in my area - I live in Kaliningrad, Russia, the city at the Baltic Sea. As for the temperature, it's about 20 degrees Celcius now, not really hot but nice and warm. Hey, kinda surprises me you didn't mention "chilling" (did you?) when talking about the cold because we tend to hear that a lot. And, hail? Really? I thought it's spelled hale. To me, hail was just for some kind of salute. :-D
PS. I like the expression: "when it rains, it pours" you use, it's kinda funny.
I'm Brazilian. I have lived in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais State, since 1989.
The Brazilian Winter is starting today in 2020. So we might have specific weather conditions.
It's a clear day today. There's not a cloud in sky and normal wind. So it isn't going to rain.
Now, it's 18 degrees Celsius. It's interesting because in Brazil we only use Celsius. So we rarely have minus temperature.
I find it hard for indians to remember those winter related terminology especially if you're from south of the country like me. Maybe J&K have snow. But it's not common for all .

well, it was really sunny in the morning, but it's getting more and more cloudy with each hour (can I say so?), so I think it's going to rain soon. It isn't windy, I would say it's windless calm at the moment, but who knows? The weather changes really fast in my area - I live in Kaliningrad, Russia, the city at the Baltic Sea. As for the temperature, it's about 20 degrees Celcius now, not really hot but nice and warm. They're expecting hot weather at the end of the week and it looks like we'll have a chance to spend the whole weekend at the seaside:))
