Victor Harbor Hipcamp | Cooinda Retreats

Cooinda Retreats is a Hipcamp with 9 campsites and also provides group accomodation in a lodge setting. It’s located just on the outskirts of avictor Harbor, set high up on the hill.
Although the camp sites themselves were pretty small they were large enough to fit our 21’ caravan with the awning out and our car parked sideways across the front of the site but we were very close to the next site.
The sites were well grassed and had water hookup points available which is always good. The camp kitchen was well equipped and the porta loo toilets on site were clean. The location is up on the hill overlooking Victor Harbor - there are very nice views from the camp and it was quiet and peaceful while we were here.
It’s definitely a drive into town which for us, this was all good. We enjoyed using Cooinda as a base to explore the region and check out Victor Harbor and Port Elliot.
