    While I am impressed with the level of Engineering that has gone on behind the scenes to equalize the the pushrod LS and DOHC Coyote for Next Gen Supercars, it's just unfortunate that in this late hour GM FINALLY has an engine released that is on 95+% parity with a Ford product. While I look forward to the next gen powerplants and cars, it still leaves many people with too many points to argue about in regards to the proposed engine packages and their technological/mechanical platforms.
    *In an ideal world, we would eventually see a Ford GT350r's Flat Plane Crank DOHC 5.2L Voodoo platform compete DIRECTLY against GM's new C8 Corvette Z06 LT6 DOHC Flat Plane crankshaft 5.5L offering with only a parity of Displacement and perhaps power curves matched.*

      GT3 5.4 vs 5.5 would cost more KRE developed the 5.7 not Chevrolet Racing...
