    I have been doing Wim Hof breathing every morning for 14 months and have not been sick since I started. Before that I would be sick normally at least 4 times per year

    Hey just curious about a video on simple exercises for chest/backpain caused by either costocondritis or weak back and abdominal muscles can you please explain how the muscle groups work and how to do easy exercises about core strength I can't find easier exercises anywhere to train because I'm constantly in pain (I've watched a video about using a ball on the vertebrae where the nerves and the ribs are connected to the front where the pain radiates it was your video) and it helped a little but my pain is chronic I think and hasn't gone away yet even being at proffecional chiropractors and doctors everything failed so far 😢❤
