    Everything great and simple . Except 45 minutes at 400F? Seems a lot . I would have thought half that time would be enough

      It always depends on the oven. In my oven I tried to take them out after 30 min, and they were still uncooked in the middle. Watch them carefully and pinch them with your fork!

    45 minutes are too much for the Fish i think. 20 -25 should suffice for a big one.

      It always depends on the oven. Maybe your oven is quicker and can cook it in 25'. Just make sure the fish is cooked through!!

      We are talking about 1.5 kg fish on which I use 6 tbsp. Oil. You can use less if you like, but a fair warning: fish will get very dry when grilled
