Unfortunately we are missing out on very important slides that enable the viewer to understand and follow along with Dr. Kirkwood. I would fire the camera person.
Thank you, very interesting presentation. Unfortunately the camera is pointed most of the time on his face than the actual presentation and what he's showing there. The reason for this is beyond my comprehension. A 7 year old who bumped his head on a scientific paper once could do a better job than this director.. Why not leave the presentation on and put the guy's face in the corner of the screen or something?! Jesus that's frustrating
Right, the camera is on the presenter most of the time. There are too much complaint on this point. Let me provide some basics on PD-L1 proteins. PD-L1 checkpoint is operative in peripheral tissues and serves as a negative regulator of T-cells to help control local inflammatory responses and maintain self-tolerance. It is constitutively expressed on a subset of macrophages, but may be rapidly upregulated in a number of different tissue types and by tumors in response to interferon-gamma and other inflammatory mediators. www.bocsci.com/tag/pd-l1-3.html
My wife 54 is suffering from stage IV breast cancer metastatic in bones,Liver. If you consider any trials good for her, please let me know.I can come to US for treatment.(Pshah,India)
I hear curcumin is good preventative and now treatment for cancer as many recent studies show. I am sad to hear your wife situation as she probably passed by now. Cancer is a cruel way to die and nobody should go through with it

I totally agree with you! I CANT believe they show his face rather than the slides.

This was historically important, but newer cancer immunotherapy has far fewer side effects.
Why is the camera pointing to the presenter? Amazing.
