I saw that sometimes when you're casting bolt and has a Flurry without BF you just Bolt+FoF and then GS+Flurry instead of casting Flurry after Bolt since you're already casting Bolt, Is that right?

We only cast Bolt into Flurry when we have BF now?
When I am below 2 icicles and casting frostbolt without brainfreeze, I don't flurry. If you mean at 4-> 5 icicles, yeah unless I'm at 2 flurry charges I also dont flurry after frostbolt there.
Honestly, I was surprised by time anomaly, do you recommend it for everyfight you dont lust on pull and we wont use double lust?
not always, but its definitely an option for you to consider. Take smolderon on mythic for instance, you still want double lust there since both would cover a dmg amp

Not elvui, I use bartender, plater, and shadowedunitframes. Bartender doesnt have an export, but you can find my plater and shadowedunitframes in the description under the UI pastebin.
