    I don't understand how cerebellar lesions of corticospinal tract will lead to ipsilateral damage when it decussates in the medulla which is AFTER the cerebellum....

      Imagine the lesion is on the right cerebellum as on this video.right cerebellum communicates with left hemisphere of the brain(cortex).The left hemisphere controls right side of body as it decussates in medulla,as a result,the impairment of body would be on right side.Hope it helped :)
