Once upon a time there was a Chinese farmer whose horse ran away. That evening, all of his neighbors came around to commiserate. They said, “We are so sorry to hear your horse has run away. This is most unfortunate.” The farmer said, “Maybe.” The next day the horse came back bringing seven wild horses with it, and in the evening everybody came back and said, “Oh, isn’t that lucky. What a great turn of events. You now have eight horses!” The farmer again said, “Maybe.” The following day his son tried to break one of the horses, and while riding it, he was thrown and broke his leg. The neighbors then said, “Oh dear, that’s too bad,” and the farmer responded, “Maybe.” The next day the conscription officers came around to conscript people into the army, and they rejected his son because he had a broken leg. Again all the neighbors came around and said, “Isn’t that great!” Again, he said, “Maybe.” The whole process of nature is an integrated process of immense complexity, and it’s really impossible to tell whether anything that happens in it is good or bad - because you never know what will be the consequence of the misfortune; or, you never know what will be the consequences of good fortune. - Alan Watts
Its poetic and badass. He literally owns and cares for the bull who broke his neck. Who is tougher than that man?? Its a little different than buying and saving a dog that bit you. The bull obviously has no hard feelings either. He's like, "Thanks for not having me turned into hamburgers." I know thats cows not bulls, but you get what i am saying. Seeing him treat the bull like a dog is crazy. They are docile for him. When i tended farms, they were NEVER that calm.
JB is an awesome cowboy. To take the bull who forced his retirement and make him a pet is great. JB and Samantha are raising another cowboy. Jagger is truly a great kid to watch. Smart and cute. And you never know what he might say.
There's football... There's boxing... There's rugby... There's mixed martial arts.. And then there's professional bull riding. A sport that makes those other sports look like a mixed doubles tennis match on a warm Sunday afternoon. And the goal is to just survive for 8 seconds. 😳 What else do you need to know?
Is that right??? Hmm weird because there has been 21 deaths in pro bull riding and there has been 20 deaths in MMA and over 2000 in boxing history sooooo you wanna talk about “having to survive” Id take bull riding over boxing any day!!
Also football has had 11 deaths and it also has HORRIBLE life long injuries even after they retire including brain damage, memory loss and Alzheimer’s so you won’t even remember your family when it’s all over!!
@@mr.nobody2383 Absolutely true! Football is also a brutal sport - especially at the professional level. In spite of all the health risks, professional football players are extremely well compensated. 💲💲💲 My point is that the TT racers on the Isle of Man course are risking their lives on every sub-seventeen minute lap at an average speed of 135mph... Almost 200 riders have been killed on the course and I don't know how many are left with lifetime debilitating injuries - resulting from a 1 second loss of concentration. One mistake can be fatal. IMHO I believe TT racing is the most dangerous sport on earth - and, I note, its enthusiasts are not well compensated. They do it solely for the love of the sport. Thank you for your comment! 👍
2 sentences i loved. " each one has its own mind" then he said " working sucks" Those are 2 sentences every cowboy knows. Im 25 im a cowboy i do own my own cattle. But man a real job sucks. Im a certified welder. I dont do it for a living. Only when i need cash and i hate it. Yet 11th grade i got certified as a back up plan
He is building his cattle pens and shoots on his ranch. All have to be made out of pipe....he's said 3 tractor trailers loads of pipe so far. Pretty sure he owns his ranch and 8s getting into training both men and bulls for the rodeo

Look no further. This guy is tough and determined. He will succeed no matter what the circumstances.
yes man
JB is the last of a dying breed, a true cowboy who now owns the bull that ended his career to let him live out his retirement with JB
I'm not dying just yet! How are you? How long have you been a fan?
North Carolina legend!

J.B. still one of the best in my eyes!
The first time I saw him I was in Mexico with family and everyone was watching him on tv first time I ever heard of PBR.

Now I know why he didn’t give me an autograph when I was a kid, he knew he’d be a legend.
All Carolina Boys are “walk or crawl”. Best there ever was. Most cowboy you’ll ever seen in one man.
Memories to last forever in history
That’s a badass hat!
The legend worked... with a legend(Lane Frost)
Lord bless you sir
JB needs to go on Yellowstone or 6666
What happened to JB Mooney used to not smoke he does 😮
He’s always smoked, Marlboros to be exact
? Literally years old footage on YT of him smoking....
He's always smoked & always told the kids who look up to him that they shouldn't smoke.
@ used to just put them in his mouth for pictures now he actually smokes. He never actually smoked.
Lives with the bull that retired him, that's cowboy.

Well, it is what it is.

He is very wealthy. He was a sponsors dream during his prime.
Boss
Hey s
Rodeo is supposed to be a contest of cowboy skills. There is never any reason for a cowboy to climb on the of a bull- even for eight seconds.
You're not the brightest, are you?
Isn't Kid Rock from Michigan? What a phony. He's a perfect example of a celebrity who has lost himself.
Rogan is also a city boy from Newark NJ, its all about whatever makes them money complete "sellouts."
a aaa
I don't like those kinds of cruel videos. Animals shouldn't be used to entertain people NEVER 😡😡😡👎
You clicked on a video of a bull rider just to say this?
Don't you have a tictok video to watch?
Shut up
Next time don’t watch it, plain and simple
Show some respect to this sport we all think different why did you click the video to say that
