You can change the graphics in settings,but don't put it on high graphics to not in counter lags and glitches,but if your phone runs smoothly to any games you can put it on high graphics.

I spoke to one of the Devs from one state about adding NPC and a few other improvements. Its new so just like pubg, cod and others it will take time to improve. Both are good and can become great because as of now dont have compatition in that genre (only if gameloft tries to release gangstar new york. Wich can take a long time) with some improvements in the movement and Npc coding, a Big map and online with other players. One of these can become the GTA online version on mobile
You're wrong. Did you forget about the all new game called City of Outlaws? It's gameplay is top notch. Even graphics too. There's also Los Angeles Crimes Online. An old game, but some people still call it the GTA Online for mobile.
Both games are good developers trying to make them better, well, I don’t like that there is no damage physics in vanstate, but there is in Madout 2 and it reminds GTA 5 because the graphics are similar to gtA5 cogbuto GTA 5 Sandres and so I like both games, I just have my own criteria to which I pay respect to Madout2.
I played some mad out but the problem is that they have too many ads. Also the story mode sucks. Offline mode is bad too because you cannot get a gun or spawn a car so you must rob cars and takeout officers for guns. The game is also full of Russian signs which I cannot read.

Mad out 2 is so much better because you can actually get your car totaled and there is more ti it but the other game is much worse because there’s nothing to it at all
