  • In 2019, Colt was matched with Canine Companions Service Dog Wink, and an unbreakable bond was formed. However, this journey started in the late 1990s - when Colt's mother, Shannon, learned about Canine Companions in the most unexpected way - and fell in love with our mission.

    My hearing dog was my ears for years. CCI is beyond wonderful. I, too, have had stores try to throw us out. Once police were called -- they knew us -- and they educated the store.
