shadow labrys' instant kill looks incredibly unfair, cuz what it looks like is it just makes her next grab kill you instead of having a regular super long winded animation
It's _literally_ the worst one in the game. The initial activation has invincibility, but the grab doesn't have invincibility until the end of the animation so you can just mash out of it with almost any move. You can barely even punish stuff with it because of her bull being there and allowing opponents to OMC/super cancel if their move hits the bull. Now in P4U (the first game) she could combo into it. No one else could combo into IK. They removed that for P4U2 though.

Nah it's an AVerMedia LGP. It does 720p60 which is as high as P4U can go (and that's the only game I use my PS3 for) so it's perfect!

Shadow Labrys is an entirely different character, and also not a Shadow in terms of mechanics. She's from the first game which didn't have Shadows.
