Lovely as always! The acrylic stand is designed for a computer monitor - I don’t believe it will work it’s ergonomic purpose with a lap top. You may want to consider a wrist stand which you may purchase to relieve the stress of your wrists while typing. It’s made from dense foam and really makes a difference in your wrist, arm and shoulder stress. Also, make sure to take a 5 minute break every hour and do some shoulder rolls and neck stretches. Office work is rough when you are in the same position all day. Take care!💕
Literally get so pumped for my Allison videos every week. I make a full event of watching😅 i get my baby down for a nap and make myself a nice coffee for the occasion 🥰
I recommend building a keyboard tray (or getting your husband to do it for you like I did haha) - for your neck posture, it's most ergonomic to have a raised laptop like you've facilitated, and for your shoulder posture, it's most ergonomic to use a lowered keyboard tray ☺️
I definitely second that recommendation! The desk looks a bit high, and having a keyboard under it will be so much more comfortable. :)

Loved as usual! Always a great way to start the week with an Allison vlog! I love you necklaces! Have you heard of the necklace separator (not sure what it’s specific name is) anyway it keeps them from tangling and keeps the clasps in the back. They have options from 2-4 necklaces I believe. Anyway I love mine and thought I would pass along the info. They have them on Etsy but I’m sure you can get them anywhere.
Olive those kind of highlighters. They don’t bleed through the Bible pages which is a plus 🙌🏾

Hi Allison! Love your videos. I commented on another video - I’m a certified ergonomist and assess workstations. I’m so happy you got a stand because your screen was too low which can cause strain over time. Make sure your top line of the screen is at eye level and your screen should be at arm’s length. I recommend getting a separate keyboard because your shoulders and neck will hurt after typing on that stand.
Also, your chair is too low. You might want to get a pillow to sit on.

Not sure if you’re able to adjust your desk chair a bit more, but you should pump it up higher so your arms are at a 90 degree angle to the desk. You are too low at the moment! Hopefully that helps with comfort 🥰x
