Had a 77 model, base, company car black on black. 301 equipped, ps, pdb, ac, vinyl bench seats, rear defroster, base hubcaps etc. Added the F40 suspension at my cost and whitewalls.
Hey! There were some good ones after that too. 😉 But I totally get what you were saying as the true full size Grand Prix really ended here... after that the true full size Pontiac was the Bonneville..
Yes. Mainly because of the front end with the double quad headlights right next to each other (like on the Cutlass Supreme) and the neat "waterfall" grill that extended upward somewhat along the outer sides of the V-shaped hood sculpturing. @@Beyondthelensproductions

Very nice!
The last of the real Grand Prixs

77 is my favorite year. I owned a 84 model for over a decade
Ever consider looking for a 77 for a project car?
I love these cars and I wish I had one 👌👏👍🍒❤️.
That makes 2 of us! 😎
I have to say my favorite part of this video was the extended :39-1:30 scene, as it focused on the (more) beautiful '76 model.
You like that one better than the 77 eh? 😉
Never a fan of the 76 model. They all came with that ugly cheap steering wheel.

I can see that.
Love this generation of Grand Prix. Although I do prefer the earlier years with round headlights. I’ve had a low mileage 75 for 20+ years.
Right on!
I can see why.
I had a near new 1976 GP. Beautiful car.Solid, peppy, nice interior especially the dash and v v good paint. Shoulda kept it....
So that was the car that "got away" for you eh?
Couldn't help myself.... the thumbnail was of a 76 GP. Oops!
haha... You're right! ... Fixed ;-)
