from watching one played on tv, it still has poor wear and tear. you've still got the white holes on the black segments after a few legs syndrome. blade 4s look brand new still at the end of matches, which are built in the UK, unlike these, which are built cheaply over seas still....

Board looks good, health and safety in your factory leaves a bit to be desired tho!

Unicorn have you fixed the black inks on this board version? The Unicorn Eclipse Pro which I have owned since 2007 still looks brand new (deep ink on black segments making it look fresh)! The Unicorn Eclipse HD that I "upgraded" to in 2014 looks tired (patchy black segments). What has happened with black inking process? I really would love an the Eclipse HD2 to be my 3rd Unicorn board (huge fan), although its durability is the only question.

It's just a pitty you don't sell them like this to customers. At the price you charge you would think it would come with an anti lock built in and metal numbers ring.. plastic numbers is just silly.. should at least give an option for that. I have had 3 of these.. 4 sent out in total. The last 1 was actually a replacement and it was also very bad. The board looked like it was about 30 years old.. I am referring to the colour.. it was a dark yellow.. this was meant to be a replacement board. Customer service was awful and I now use the winmau boards for our competitions. Unicorn may be the big name in darts but they can't make a dart board.
When you send out a product you should have someone at least checking them.. you are after all meant to be the big name in darts yet all my boards have had marks all over them. They never look like the ones you lot present and that's just unacceptable. The board looks awful after 2 months where winmau lasts alot longer.
If you want a board that lasts.. do not buy unicorn boards. Total waste of money and waste of time when it comes to a dart board.

Lol, right on the spot. Why aren't there more comments on the fact that they put two single number 9 's on the ring? I guess at Unicorn they like a good beer too?
Drink triple, see double, and put on number 6 ehh 9 ehh ?
