1. Try using lean mince and not fatty mince - it won't shrink 2. Check your mixture consistency - to help bind all the ingredients together add a handful of breadcrumbs (the eggs and bread also binds well). Your meatballs must resemble a small ball. Practice. Then no more "deformed" ones. Lol. Anyways as long as it is tasty your shapes will improve with time. Enjoy every morsel.

Doesn’t the Kabab shrink or be deformed? Because mine always shrink and deformed, where am I going wrong pls help. 🤔

Make sure you squeeze all the water out of the bead before you mix it in the mixture or use breadcrumbs.
