A great episode 4 from season 6 of the rookie 2024.

Episode 4 didn’t make a lot of sense Lucy didn’t want the guy to die that just killed a woman and a guy and shot a medic. Shes killed before why did this break her up? And it made it seem like if the guy dies later she would be in some kind of trouble!
1.)the writers are woke ... 2) they shoot people but dont "kill"' them 3.) Whenever there is a killing involved it somehow goes into IA .. Nolan first month as a rookie ... Grey vs his assassin .. Harper sniping the guy holding the Doc hostage .. Idk if Tim had that too (i think i might remember smth but I am not sure) ... Its definitely weird when someone like Harper or Tim act all emotional .. or Bailey sometimes .. since atleast Bailey and Tim are Army Vets .. but yeah .. the show is trying to draw an unrealistic picture ..the ''why dont you shoot the criminal in the leg'' kind of stuff ''you dont have to kill them'' .. its easy for the writers to let the officers shoot people and simply declare them as ''not dead'' .. and its funny how Smitty says he been 22 years on a job and never fired his gun .. while the main cast gets into shootings every 10 seconds

I don't understand why she is so worried whetherhe lives or dies, it seemed like a clean shooting... no?

So why would Jeff kill that guys wife? What did she have to do with it? If he was trying to avenge his sisters death, wouldnt of he just went after that guy? Also it was said he had like 90 guns in his possession. But they never expanded on it. This plot line was a bit confusing.
Thanks for watching. Such a great episode 4 of the Rookie from season 6. The LAPD investigate a woman's death which leads them to Multiple murders until Lucy shoots a Killer.
Remind me why doesn't Lucy have a partner? Or are the producers too cheap to give her one? Not to mention out of the three officers none attempt to keep an eye on the shooter?
Not sure why but some cops don’t have partners and the only reason Nolan does is because he’s a TO.

Lucy did not kill a man in this episode he lived. so why the HEADLINES?
We don’t know yet if she has killed a man that’s why the question mark?
Lucy did shoot a killer. The guy with the gun killed multiple people and she shot at him. The headline says nothing about him being dead.
