Now, I should tell you this...
... this is exploration of a sonic universe that most guitarists have never tried.
So there's a lot to explore and get the hang of.
Straight off the bat, the strings are something that most guitarists haven't played.
They take some getting used too.
The plectrum is another thin flimsy thing to get to grips with.
You have to adapt to this whole nother way to play everything.
    So it's not easy 😕

Next, the controls are of various types.
Some familiar and others unique to EVH.
    You've got to learn those.
The more loyal you are at buying this brand, the greater the rewards.
The more you know about the history, the better you are at setting up the system.
They are making a sonic universe so if you start early it's easier to buy in the areas you want to try and explore.
When you eventually sort out your system and finish buying 1 setup, the sound comes flying out of the speakers 🔊 and it races 🏁 passed you.
You might turn to the original recordings to find out what to do with this stuff but quickly realise the use of this stuff is on a whole nother level than what you're on.
But it does give you a sense of what can be done with this equipment.
You quickly realise your playing has to get a whole lot better than what you are at.
Once you can get one of these sounds to work properly and take off you realise what Eddie was saying when he said you have to learn to control the loud sound.

So you can plug this guitar 🎸 into the various EVH amplifiers and explore millions of different sounds 🤔
Then you have the bonus option to buy 2 EVH sets of pedals that allow this guitar 🎸 and other EVH guitars to get plugged into the non-master volume 4 input Marshall amplifiers.
You have 10 levels of adjustments on those EQ knows and you times that by 3 but then you can times that by 3 and then there's 10 more adjustments on the 5150 pedal times by 3 knows but you can adjust the 3 differently too.
So that adds up to 10,000 Marshall sounds from just 1 amplifier.
There's numerous non-master volume Marshalls and lots of EVH amplifiers so that's millions and millions of different sound possibilities for you to try and judge.
If you go outside what works electrically, then you must realise YOU'RE EXPERIMENTING.
IF YOU mix other brands into this system, then realise you ARE taking complex electronics into your own hands and I can assure you that you're always going to fail to get EVH products to do what they're designed to do.
The manufacturers all want to encourage experimentation but that's you taking matters into your own hands.
I can assure you that master volume Marshalls can't accept the EVH signals.
The tuning of the notes goes all over the place if you try to use those amplifiers.
So, physically your guitar is in tune, the signal is electrically in tune but when the signal hits the front of those amplifiers the tiny valve and its circuit hates getting that type of signal and as a result it throws out the tuning of your chords.
Most of the public thinks experimentation isn't what they're doing.
They foolishly think mixing brands isn't wild experimentation.

I see 1 EVH sound as if it's similar to owning a jet fighter plane 🤔 😳
These sounds take off and you go with it.
You have to learn how to control it and get your skills to a much higher playing level.
Once you're flying one of these jet fighter you do a few rolls and loops to demonstrate the plane.
So the video should contain a few famous riffs etc... cause we've moved into a sonic universe that requires demonstration.
We're not solely living in the song universe any more.
So the jet fighter flying guitar sounds get videos on their flying performance.
So if I'm playing a riffs from Panama song, I'm no longer crowd pleasing, I'm flying the sonic jet and demoing it.
We've gone way beyond crowd pleasure.
    These are sonic Airshow performances.

Now, you MUST realise this guitar originally sold with a Wolfgang Type pickup 😳 🤔
You should contemplate what implications that has.
Also realise this is 1 amplifier that does the 1980 live sound.
So yes it's vintage sounds but you're mostly not familiar with them.
If you add to this the newer Frankenstein type pickups and the various guitars with the dummy pickups or, other Wolfgang guitars, that's THOUSANDS OF NEW SOUNDS from the VINTAGE EVH setup.
You're foolishly looking for 1 vintage sound when there's millions to discover.
Then you should realise What a FOOL you've been.
Your approach to FENDER and Gibson etc... has been really shallow 😕
You should be ashamed of yourself.
Trying to lead us ALL astray.
    Shame.
    Shame on YOU.
