I have one yes its heavy, i find that on the flat if i want to work my legs some level 2 assist, if i want to enjoy level 3 is ideal, it tackles my hill really easy even on uk settings/limits 15.5 mph
Being a true step-thru I think it will be very successful long term.

Nice review! On their webpage they don’t mention a rear light, tho it appear they have a break light in your review. Is the rear light wired, and how? Tnx!
Looks like the wiring goes into the frame and assume to the controller since it's activated by the brake levers.
Static rear light is activated with the front light then it has brake light segment activated by brake levers
how many watts does the bike have? love the vid!
The motor is 750W nominal and 960W peak power.
I can't find the vehicles weight anywhere. How much does the bike weigh?

yes
What pressures were you running on the tires? Ride quality will be a lot worse if you don't run the proper tire pressures, 20x4 fat bike tires should be at somewhere between 5-10 PSI (0.35-0.7 bar). It looked a lot to me like you were running way too high tire pressure on them.
The sidewalls recommended 20psi but I prefer a softer ride so I have mine at 15psi. 10psi was too low for the weight of the bike and myself together. I adjust the tires to what I feel like is the best while riding it. What you see in video doesn't match what I feel for someone who actually rode it.
