When u deep fry .. u will immediately loose all the water content from the mushrooms .. that’s why I avoided

I cooked mushroom for more then 5 mins.. but will the mushroom middle part Will be a little bit like uncooked even after cooking ..?

Mushroom cooking time is just 4mins ... if you cook more than 5 mins then ur mushrooms will become smaller
