Special Bond Between Law Enforcement and Special Olympics

Last week, Missouri Capitol Police, Jefferson City Police and other agencies participated in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Missouri Special Olympics. They also supported athletes at the Missouri summer games in Columbia over the weekend. Capitol Police Chief Zim Schwartze and Sgt.
