Would’ve struggled without that early Dockside.
Made up to see Mishra Eminent One making it to MTGO, not least because I'm a huge Brudiclad fan, so naturally when I saw Mishra's ability I had to pick up the precon.
Surprised to see no Coveted Jewel in the list, the card is an absolute house in this deck. Especially with the Commander and Determined Iteration in play (one I'm not convinced has been added online). Make 9 mana, draw 9 cards :)
Also, is Ugin's Nexus not a nonbo unless you have a way to sacrifice the original?
It assumes you can keep hold of it so I wanted to see how many creatures I can consistently have in play first. This is my first game but it’ll bfs worth an include if this is anything to go by.
The token copy of Ugin’s Nexus still goes to the graveyard when it’s sacrificed. Pretty sure you’re made to exile the token and get the extra turn even though the token disappears as soon as it hits the bin. Might be wrong though.
@@tribalkai Yeh, I think that's how it works too, but I'm no judge. The thing that was bugging me is the static ability says "If a player would begin an extra turn, skip that turn instead".
If the token copy gives you an extra turn, you would need to sacrifice/bounce/otherwise turn off the ability of the original otherwise, the extra turn would be skipped.
Oh I see what you mean. I thought that said opponent to be honest. It probably is a nonbo then. Works out well because I thought easy infinite turns would be boring anyway. I’ll swap it out for the jewel then.

If Goblin Engineer could cheat any artifact from the grave to the field, it would be the most broken card since Tinker. It would be banned immediately. You might point to Goblin Welder as a reason for it not being banned, but Welder doesn't tutor any artifact into your gy. It relies on having one in the grave and one on the field before it does anything. With Engineer, it would be 3 mana and a Haste enabler to tutor Bolas' Citadel into play. That could be done by turn 2 or 3 easily.
Was just sitting here deciding which BRO cards to add to my decks and another set is spoiled. Just can't keep up with this nonsense.

I literally was thinking the same thing. I was actually shocked to see the Phyrexia spoiled and then I saw the "proposed" release date and was shocked. I bet you they will do a surprise release before February!!!

Nah, plenty of cards have that effect. Entombing straight into reanimating on one card would probably be a bit much though.
