    I never knew spark plugs had such range. Just thought it was all the same. GREAT INFO!!!

    Length of the porcelain portion dictates the heat range: the longer the porcelain, the lower (cooler) the plug's range and vice versa. Learned that little nugget back in the 60s, thanks to my engineer-cum-drag racer of a father. I learned my fractions before I ever got to school by passing sockets and wrenches to him. Great education!

    More power = higher peak cylinder pressure = colder heat range

    Heat range is how soon/fast carbon burns off the electrode

    Yall give out some hella trove of LS education for free so me (the consumer) will buy from SDPC! What about the ones who are past the LS and spending $$$ on Gen V LT engines? Im 20 bricks in and not a single brick has gone to SDPC! or Holley, Edelbrock, Brodix, Dart!! How about a selection of fuel systems. Not only LT4 vehicles, but LT1 Silverados? In tank fuel pumps(E85,Meth) brushless systems with 70+ continuous pressure? Harnesses, regulators, filters? Etc. There are many of us frustrated late model owners waiting and waiting and waiting! Some driving our old stuff while the new stuff sits engineless because no one will fill the demand gap! I think the demand is greater in our great capital then it is from your bread and butter. The consumer! And the rest of yall are all doing the same thing! Sell outs man! Ya'll ain't in yesterday life today no more brah? "We" are! My money spends other places too. But anyway, great content guys.

      The Gen V LT market is a tough one and data suffers from some heavy gatekeeping.
      Going over the GDI fuel system and information on it, what to expect and what to do to resolve fuel flow limitations is on our to-do list.
