Didn’t think I’d sit down and watch an hour long story on a deer. The film work, the story line, and everything in between kept grabbing my attention. Heck of a deer Lee and thanks for making it feel like we were apart of the hunt! Congrats on a true mega giant

I felt as if I was apart of this hunt with you. I felt connected to say the absolute least. Lee, every thing you do for the hunting community and us viewers on RUclips is just so insane. The Clark mason story has always held a special place in my heart but now it’s got some competition for this one. All I can say is thank you for this film. Congratulations to the entire seek one team and a big congratulations to you Lee! God speed brother.
I’m 60 years young and have been a life long bow hunter . Back in 2012 I shot the biggest deer in an urban environment . Your story actually brought feelings of my own story. Being humble and thankful has its own rewards and it seems you have the right attitude and the fire to go along with it. Like others have mentioned your honesty and struggle getting an opportunity to shoot such a great animal shone through in how you presented the story. Great example of respecting properties and others that may not share your hunting passion but as a shining example on how to represent yourself as a true hunter. Great job.

I’m an over thinker who embodies the saying “ idle hands are the devils playground” ….. watching you Lee has given me hours upon hours of mental relief. May those of you who are reading this remember to take a moment and remind those around you how much they mean to you. God bless. ****also - incredible hunt!!!! Man I can't even come to terms with what I just watched. The amount of dedication and commitment it takes to get on a deer like that is one thing. But the nerves it takes to battle through those areas and finding and experiencing the trials you guys endured and never backed out is speechless. 99% of hunter would have backed out. Hats off to you guys. Congratulations!!!
Haven’t enjoyed an hour of Whitetail video so much in many years if ever. This journey you have captured is one of the most epic journeys I’ve ever had the privilege of watching. Hats off to your diligence and respect for the animal. Well earned and deserved sir!
I honestly don’t know how y’all don’t have 100 billion subs! because this story is so grabbing with attention and the time and story’s in this is just unbelievable! AMAZING Buck too Lee!❤️🙏🏻
If your watching this and haven’t listened to the seek one podcasts about this episode, they provide so much backstory and stuff that would make the episode too long. I would really recommend listening to the podcast because this story is just epic!!!
Lee 215% deserved to be the one to finally sit behind that toad. Fantastic work with capturing the story. Although Lee said he would never do it for the clicks; man i am sure happy he does film and share his work. Its videos like this that truly remind me of just how little I have to complain about when I dont see a buck or dont tag out. You put in more hours on this deer than ive been able to dedicate in a few years bowhunting. Its the tireless effort you put in blows me away. Honestly happy to see the story come to a successful ending. Congrats.
Setting here watching this all unfold with my morning coffee literally blocked the rest of the world out. The journey you took, the sleepless nights and the miles you traveled for this epic deer and you closed the book. Congratulations on the success and Thank You for sharing the story with us all.
I know you probably won't see the comment up this far but listen, thankyou for bringing me along for this journey and yes you should keep doing this. I am a father of 4 and don't get to go hunting or scouting to ever get beyond filling the freezer and even that hasn't happened the last few years with fixing everything that breaks, serving in a busy calling at church, and trying to still have a relationship with my wife and help neighbors all the time etc. So hunting by proxy with you and your friends has given me the experience I wish I could have, especially with the comradery you enjoy. Where I work at we have such a high homeless population and drug problem. A month ago I opened our ramp door and a guy still had the needle in his arm he had been dead for a while. I commend those who can look away, in 2006 we lost our home but thankfully we had family that took us in. Never think it won’t be you. You could literally have 1 severe medical event, and you’re out of work and unable to pay bills and loose everything. Congratulations man definitely a excellent video.

But I got to say that I think it's cool how Lee talks to his buddy's the camera guys like they are part of a team saying "we have to get back in there " and "us" not I did this or I did that but makes it all a team effort , good for him and his team!! I definitely like to see/hear this talk and actions like "we got to go back and get in there now" it's basicly like this all hasn't gotten to his head and he's still humbled yet . Don't let it get twisted brother keep it up!
Ok I’ve got to admit. I’ve kept up with you for years now and it’s easy after watching some of the videos to get this “that was easy attitude”. Like we’re all out here doing it the hard way and you’re going around shooting these easy tame city deer. After watching this video I’m humbled. The amount of time, energy, perseverance, and dedication you put on this deer is second to none. I’m fully convinced Lee that you quite possibly may be the Tiger Woods whitetails. Epic story, epic journey and an epic deer. Congratulations , no one is more deserving.
I watch a lot of hunting videos, and you’re one of my favorites! This story was one of my favorites not because of the size of the animal, but your bringing the sadness of drug addiction to light, and sharing your personal experience. You always thank our Heavenly Father for all your success, and I absolutely love your stories! You have inspired me to try urban deer hunting with my bow! Keep up the great videos!! Mike
Whitetail are so incredibly adaptable. I am 67 years old and when I was a child there really weren’t many deer in South Carolina but I lived for 12 years and me and my brother killed 35 bucks behind my house. They are just the most beautiful and interesting animals in North America. I am glad I was named after the Whitetail.
I’ve been watching you for about 3 years now and I have realized that you may not post as much as all the other RUclipsrs but your are one of few that try there hardest to come out with THE BEST content. This is probably the best hunting YT video I’ve ever seen:
18 years of hunting and watching deer videos I’ve never watched a hunting deer video this long. Hard work and preparation pays off this is an incredible deer and incredible video congrats on a truly remarkable animal
Lee, let me just tell you that first off the impressiveness of you finding this deer and being able to get it done is amazing! But even more impressive is your ability to dial these deer in and know exactly what they are doing. Their patterns and movements is so impressive.
Honestly just found the channel a few days ago. This one video made it worth it. I’m a retired green beret. Spent countless months chasing bad guys. Building patterns of life and predicting where they will be and when. Literally this was a deer hunting story that mirrors much of what we did. You used many forms of intel to develop the target and narrowed things down to something manageable. Most of all you never quit. And when push came to shove you were able to execute. I’m impressed with you bro. Keep it up. Keep shining the light too. And don’t let anyone tell you you aren’t glorifying Jesus with these videos. This story blessed me tremendously.
Speechless is the only word I can think of… Dude!! I’m a full-time fishing guide on Lake Sinclair in middle Ga. Some how I’ve never seen your channel until this morning drinking my coffee before I climb into my set a few miles up the lake I take EVERY morning in my 520 Z Ranger blah blah blah… This video absolutely blew me away.. I’m so fired up about your accomplisment and finding your channel as well.. Hat off is all I can say, I’m left speechless.. I truly from the bottom of my heart I’m so proud for you and enjoyed this soooooo soooo much.. 100% the best u-tube video I’ve ever watched.. unreal absolutly unreal.. I’ve got a go get in the tree now.. ❤I’m on a legit 175 inch typical buck now.. thank you for what you do 👊🤟
Minute you guys backed out i thought "oh no the homeless are gonna have it over the fire pit when you return" love following along on this journey as well as the others. Congratulations on an extraordinary deer
This is hands down probably the best documentary on a whitetail I have seen. Absolutely incredible story and journey. Congrats man, nicely done. My goodness
Already listened to the podcast, excited to watch this banger! Edit: you guys deserve so much credit for all the effort you put into these deer, congratulations!
Thank you for NOT editing this video to make it short. I love seeing all the real life stuff like a guy smoking crack in view of the tree stand and building a ground blind out of trash. So dope
What you do on here is unlike anyone else. Have loved watching your videos over the years. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family man. As always, job well done.
I’ve only watched a few of your videos. I found you years ago and somehow lost you. After seeing the dedication and passion you put into the sport I’m a subscriber. Thank you for taking an old man along on your adventures.
Stuff like this makes me continue to love being who am as a person, bowhunter and drives me to follow the endless passion, obsession, and lifestyle we live for. Thank you Lee and the entire team for documenting the experience and inspiring those such as myself to do likewise. God bless brothers.
This dude earned every bit of that buck. I honestly didn't think I would enjoy this video, boy was I wrong. Thank you for taking us along on your journey. This was a fantastic video. Great job!
To be honest I cried when you walked up on that deer. I felt like I was a family member. You are such a lovable guy and I love how you gave the glory to God. So proud of you man, great monster deer. God bless
What blows my mind even more than the deer itself is the level of dedication that went into getting an opportunity at that deer. From someone who shares your love and respect for whitetail deer, you truly deserved and earned that opportunity. Incredible
Biggest bull Elk😊 he'd ever seen . My father my dad what's considered by most to be one of the most sportsman in all of Oregon. And on that day he had that big bull in he s sides. And my father the good sportsmen that he was waived the bull Elk On. Maybe he'll get another 20 years on. Or the bull will be taken other Day....
I have hunted for many yrs and have never seen a buck like that. Congratulations. I m 53 and quit hunting but after seeing it has lite a fire under me to get back in the woods and for that I say thank you
Lol it’s really insane….. people from all over the country send him leads and pics. Just like on this deer lol, and it’s urban deer they are dumb as can be
Man, I am so pumped for you. That was a freaking gorgeous buck. King of the wasteland is what I called him. Because he was thriving in a homeless, drug infested place. I am so jealous. 35 years of hunting, and I have never seen a buck come close to it. My hat is off to you sir! Congratulations, and awesome job!
I’m so proud of you Young Man you did your homework on this Monster Buck I have so much Respect for you on how you got Permission of everyone in the areas you wanted to Hunt you totally deserve this Monster Buck
Easily the best hunting film I’ve ever watched. What an experience for a once in a life time animal and for you to document it in this high of quality since day 1 is just incredible. Props to everyone who helped you on this journey. The fact that all of your friends respected your wishes to back out and also letting you soak up the moment before approaching the deer. Truly what it’s all about. Well deserved!
Watched this one twice. Such an incredible story so different from anything I have ever seen or am used too. That deer is a true legend. Congratulations doesn't cut it, but a thank you for honoring an animal like that is maybe more suffice.
Listening to every podcast has gotten me so pumped for this vid and I have to say I'm absolutely amazed at the production quality and the amazing story
This is what it’s all about a true blessing not only for Lee but for us fans as well to be able to see this story unfold on a beautiful whitetail truly unbelievable. Thank you Lee and thank you god!!❤️
lee you’re one of the most loyal down too earth outdoorsman i’ve ever seen in my life! you have more grit and determination than anyone to walk this earth and you deserve every bit of this!
Congratulations Lee,hard to really imagine this caliber of deer and his home being tucked right in where all these homeless people stay and frequent much of the time and all your hard efforts coming to fruition. With people losing there life here, you watching hard drugs being done from your stand, can’t help but wonder with your strong faith if there is some yet to be deciphered lesson for you to uncover and use from this wild journey 🙏🙏
This is by far the best hunting video I e watched this year. I don’t know exactly how to say it, but anyone can make an amazing elk video in the mountains. But, to go to urban Ohio and hunt one of the largest deer in the country is amazing. In terms of animal abundance, we’re living in the good ole days right now.
@@Besthuntereveryep he would’ve never of known about the deer if he wasn’t some internet RUclips hunter just the way things go I know if I seen that deer I’m keeping that too myself😂 people are silly sometimes
Lee, all I can say is congratulations and…WOW!!! The dedication, respect, hard work, love, and passion that you have is unparalleled. It truly is amazing to watch. I’ve always love hunting but watching you and your channel has made me love it that much more. You put out such pure and personable content that not many people post. You truly are doing a great thing for this community and are using the talent God gave you well. I hope that you continue to put out such incredible content like this even if it is not of a deer of this caliber. I hope you continue posting videos of you and your buddies doing what y’all do best - hunting and taking care of Gods amazing creation. Thanks for being you and being authentic
Lee and gang. I love watching your videos, your stories, the work you put into your hunt and of course the videos. Your passion is second to none. This is by far my favorite one. Congrats on the amazing deer and the harvest. I felt like I was right there with you. Good Stuff.
Thx for the content I live in Monroe Georgia and am having quite the tough season I’m in highschool so I’ve only gotten to sit 50 times but am just looking for a good 120 inch buck. Wish me luck
Man i miss hunting. I just bought a home and ive owned for 2 years and still havent found a spot in ky. And ive never hunted public, so being able to watch this and you letting us be a part of your journey is something special. Great and unbelievable hunt!
Huge congrats man!! Also props to you guys for sharing an experience that literally had me shaky with excitement for you guys! Keep the stories comin, we love to be a part of them by being able to help you guys continue to be able to do this!
Incredible video! What an intense journey you took your audience on, from the blight of the environment to the struggles of gaining permissions to access and even locating where this ghost monster buck, what a journey. Wonderful camera work and storytelling with the ultimate happy hunter's ending! Congratulations!!
I absolutely loved your complete story from beginning to end. Amazing job throughout this whole journey. The leg work and the time spent, you absolutely 100% deserved to harvest that buck. Great job and congratulations
This tops all from Seek One ! In my hometown just south of where I grew up ! So so so cool ! Well done ! Can’t wait to see this in the local hunting papers to truly show what is still out in the urban areas. I hunt a 4 acre lot private that funnels into larger acreage and we always talk about that “urban legend” the “Mystery Buck” is what I call them. You got one my man ! So happy for you and team !
Just finished watching your epic journey to take that monster buck. You should be so proud of the amount of effort , time and love you put into that beast. I’m nothing less than inspired by your dedication. That deer is just 100% unreal. Can’t believe all of the side stories that accompanied this harvest. Congratulations! You definitely deserved that buck. Subscribed today and can t wait to look over your past hunts. You are the man!
INCREDIBLE! What a story and an amazing finish to the story. Thank you for putting effort into this. I see the video was over an hour. Didn't feel like it. Stayed with it the entire time. Keep up the good work lee and crew!
I have never sat through such a long ass video BUT this was AMAZING!!! WOW!! What a story, what perseverance, such love for the sport and the animals. I’m just blown away. I’ve subscribed and look forward to watching all your videos now. Congratulations!!!! You deserved this one!
Lee just seen your video yesterday the legendary 212 buck . I watched it because I was working out and wanted to watch a long video as I lifted and did cardio after that vid I subscribed because you are a true hunter and outdoorsman who put in the work and it’s easy for people to envy you but nothing is handed to you you work hard very hard and due it the right way . I just watch this vid and all I can say is WOW what a gorgeous beautiful whitetail and to knock on doors n Ohio and get permission is something I thought was impossible. You are a true ethical hunter who should be very proud of your accomplishments.
What an incredible story! As deer season approaches and I’ve found a few I’d love to have a shooting opportunity on… this by far is an amazing story glad you were lucky and successful! Best of luck this season
Columbus OH native here. I listened to the podcast also, great story. I think I have a pretty good idea of what area you were hunting in, and yeah, I can see how challenging that would have been to get that deer. I think for your next step you ought to go to Idaho and hunt the whitetail there? The totally opposite end of the whitetail woods! That’s what I’d love to see.
This is the single greatest hunting video I have ever seen. The editing, music, and story is all amazing. Seems like such a great guy in general too. So cool
Lee you are one heck of an outdoorsman the respect you have for the deer you hunt and everything shows the true passion you have for hunting good on ya sir
Buying my first bow in a few weeks cause of these videos. Super inspiring and I’m obsessed with watching. Gonna put in the work to get dial with a bow for the next Tennessee season. Going to try out this Nashville urban hunting yall actually knocked on my friends door a few years ago before I knew about seek one.
I have to say, every video of Seekone that I watch, you guys earn so much more respect. Congratulations on an amazing animal and thank you for making the videos. This was by far my favorite hunting video ever.
I live in the UK, and I have never been so engrossed in a video. The respect this guy shows to the owners of the land and the animals he hunts is beyond words. You take us on a journey for a year, and it gets more exciting as the video goes on. In the last 25 minutes in the tree,I was screaming in my head, let loose with your bow. I had this premonition. Some f@t hairy geezer was gonna beat you with a bullet. The time you took with the animal once you found it was an experience as well. A new subscriber you have.
Bow hunting is the most challenging thing I do in my life. It’s so damn hard to get on deer. Days upon days of frustration, work, hope, work, tiredness, work. And even after you get one, it’s more work. It’s something special to get on a deer like this. I know what goes into it. Well done boys. Thanks for filming it !

I honestly wouldn’t be hunting without you guys. I found your channel 3 years ago and I was immediately hooked. So thank you!
😂 shit was funny
Ikr I said the same thing!!!😂😂😂
This is hands down probably the best documentary on a whitetail I have seen. Absolutely incredible story and journey. Congrats man, nicely done. My goodness
Already listened to the podcast, excited to watch this banger!
Edit: you guys deserve so much credit for all the effort you put into these deer, congratulations!
Thank you for NOT editing this video to make it short. I love seeing all the real life stuff like a guy smoking crack in view of the tree stand and building a ground blind out of trash. So dope
💀😂
What you do on here is unlike anyone else. Have loved watching your videos over the years. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family man. As always, job well done.
I’ve only watched a few of your videos. I found you years ago and somehow lost you. After seeing the dedication and passion you put into the sport I’m a subscriber. Thank you for taking an old man along on your adventures.
I grew up in East Cleveland. My uncle use to see deer like this back in the 90s in the surrounding suburbs. Ohio has all the monsters!
Stuff like this makes me continue to love being who am as a person, bowhunter and drives me to follow the endless passion, obsession, and lifestyle we live for. Thank you Lee and the entire team for documenting the experience and inspiring those such as myself to do likewise. God bless brothers.
Carrying while bow hunting is a must in these situation. Awesome job Lee
Incredible
Agreed and congratulations on that successful hunt and you deserve that beautiful blessing
Ya his buddy even bought the land that the deer was living on. It's all public docs. Unreal to go to that kind of an extreme measures
Or do you like my father my father was on on the mountain behind Hood River Oregon and he got in his sites the biggest bull
And I'm proud to know that my father, George Clifford Wardrop
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Easily the best hunting film I’ve ever watched. What an experience for a once in a life time animal and for you to document it in this high of quality since day 1 is just incredible. Props to everyone who helped you on this journey. The fact that all of your friends respected your wishes to back out and also letting you soak up the moment before approaching the deer. Truly what it’s all about. Well deserved!
Watched this one twice. Such an incredible story so different from anything I have ever seen or am used too. That deer is a true legend. Congratulations doesn't cut it, but a thank you for honoring an animal like that is maybe more suffice.

Imagine if this guy was a detective. If you was his target criminal you would stand zero chance.

You guys have taught me so much about hunting
Noooo lol this is barely hunting my man.
@@jimmytillman206 explain yourself?
You're just another jealous person
This is by far the best hunting video I e watched this year. I don’t know exactly how to say it, but anyone can make an amazing elk video in the mountains. But, to go to urban Ohio and hunt one of the largest deer in the country is amazing. In terms of animal abundance, we’re living in the good ole days right now.
This is the greatest thing I've ever watched. Congrats Lee
You need to get out more. He’s shooting urban deer that he’s getting put on to by random people on the internet
@@Besthunterever Jealousy is a hard thing to overcome
@@DocHudson420 i mean, what he said is true. The whole video is about it lol

Can’t wait to see this in the local hunting papers to truly show what is still out in the urban areas. I hunt a 4 acre lot private that funnels into larger acreage and we always talk about that “urban legend” the “Mystery Buck” is what I call them. You got one my man ! So happy for you and team !

What a great story to tell, you wouldn’t believe it if it wasn’t filmed. Thanks for a great story and quality video work!
If there was an award for vid of yr this would be it. I heard the podcast on this hunt. Now watchin it makes it complete. Congrats. Well done.
Brought back my emotions of my big deer at 70yrs old...Great story and vid.
Awesome adventure, thanks for sharing! Incredible story and outcome! Congratulations!
Really appreciated watching this whole process. It gives you so much more appreciation for this hunt and congratulations. Incredible Buck and story.
Please do not stop making videos, these give me passion to keep hunting!
The best deer hunt and story line I've ever watched every second held my attention beautiful story and buck congratulations bro just awesome
Thanks for sharing, unreal story. Congrats on a stud buck of a lifetime
